Forever – Part I

Book:DEIMOS (Alpha of Alphas) Published:2024-6-2

As soon as we landed in Italy, we had to leave to our place of stay with the cars parked ready to take us but I insisted I wanted to at least see the airport and leave like the others.
Deimos quickly accepted without hesitation though I heard from Ragon that Deimos always found it a waste of time and a hassle. Yet he took us through the airport checks and security to appease me. It was so interesting how that tiny stick they moved around my body could sense if you possess something illegal on you.
Deimos informed the drivers to meet us at the front of the airport as the four of us carried and pushed our luggage walking towards the exit. By the time we reached our cars, the sun was high up in the sky and Deimos quickly put on his shades.
“Questi sono gli ultimi bagagli, Alpha?” The driver questioned loading the car with our luggage while another driver was doing the same for Ragon and Elriam in the car parked behind ours.
(Is this the last of your luggage, Alpha?)
“I am sorry we don’t speak ita-” I begin apologizing to the driver as Deimos cuts me off.
“Sì, questo è tutto. Dimmi, quanto tempo ci vorrà per raggiungere il posto?” Deimos says as my head shoots up to look at him.
(“Yes this is all. Tell me, how long will it take to reach the place?”)
“You speak Italian?” I ask him frowning bothered by my lack of knowledge of him.
“Yes, I do.” He replies short and frank as he continues his conversation with the driver.
“Ci vorranno circa trenta minuti, Alpha.” The driver says.
(“It will take about thirty minutes, Alpha.”)
I mute out their conversation finally taking around my surroundings. My eyes find a small fountain covered with tulips as a sea of tourists sit around and take pictures with it. It’s a beautiful fountain holding statues clothed in white pouring water out of the vases they hold. I have never seen anything like it.
“Deimos,” I call out to him.
“One second, mate. Non capisco perché sia successo? Che dovevo arrivare fin qui.” Deimos answers me quickly and continues talking with the driver.
(“One second, mate. I don’t understand why this happened? That I had to come all the way here.”)
“Deimos look.” I shake his bicep slightly. Deimos doesn’t pay any attention to me. I know he might be having a serious talk but I cannot contain my excitement of being in a new place. I want to share this excitement with him.
I shake his hand again. “Deimos look! Look at that!” I disturb him once more trying to turn his attention towards me.
“Esattamente, quello che stavo pensando, ma non so se … aspetta un momento.” Deimos stops talking and looks down at me. I get nervous a bit to see if he got irritated by my nagging “Yes. What is it Lumina?” He asks me. His tone gentle and his eyes are soft.
(“Exactly, that is what I was thinking but I don’t know if… wait for a moment.”)
“See that fountain?” I point out the fountain as his eyes follow the direction.
“Yes, I have seen it over a hundred times.” He replies removing his pitch-black shades, eyes scanning our surroundings.
“You have come here a lot? Why didn’t you tell me? Where else have you been?” I calmly kind of take on a mini interrogation. His eyes find mine again as a smile greets his lips.
“Can we talk about this later? We need to get to our house first.” He replies putting his shades back and turns toward the car opening the door for me to get in.
“Wait,” I say as he sighs softly. “Can you take a picture of me with that fountain?” I ask him sheepishly looking down at my feet.
I hear the shuffling of feet towards me. My eyes meet the sight of his black polished shoes as he lifts my chin to look into his eyes. Bending down he kisses my lips softly. “Of course, come.” He says.
Wrapping my hands in his, he crosses the street guiding me to the fountain. A couple of tourists wait in line to take a picture as Deimos and I join at the back.
The females in front of us stop their chatter when their eyes find the male standing next to me. Their eyes wander around his frame from head to toe. They whisper and giggle among themselves and look back at Deimos who stands next to me typing away on his phone oblivious that two females are drooling over him.
Their cheeks turn red and one of the females bites her lip as their eyes land on what lies between my male’s legs. My eyes widen as my wolf snarls in anger. A deep snarl vibrates through my chest, my fangs elongating. I will make it so that these females won’t have eyes to see tomorrow.
Deimos flinches to the sound I made looking around for the reason while putting his phone in his back pocket until he finds the pair of frightened shivering females in front of me. He chuckles positioning himself behind me.
Pulling me into a hug from behind his lips meet the nape of my neck softly as his lips bite pulling my skin leaving a mark. I feel him looking directly at the females in front of us as he does this. He makes his claim as the females blush hard and turn away finally understanding our relationship.
“Jealous are we?” He asks whispering into my ear. Turning to the side I pull the collar of his shirt down towards me as his eyes widen by the sudden move.
I bite his neck as he shivers softly. Looking into his eyes I say loud and clear. “You’re mine. You belong only to me and your body is for my eyes only.” My tone is serious. The Alpha in me reclaiming her male.
He opens his mouth to say something while the security comes and informs us it’s our time to take photos. I jump slightly excited rushing towards the front of the fountain. I smile putting my hands behind my back as Deimos chuckles snapping some pictures on his phone at different angles.
“Ragon!” Deimos calls out loudly as Ragon peeps up from across the street. Deimos motions him to come over as Ragon follows the command and rushes toward us.
“Yes, Alpha,” Ragon asks Deimos.
“Take our picture.” Deimos orders as Ragon nods with a smile taking the phone from Deimos. I bite my lip softly as Deimos strides to me smoothly and stands next to me.
