“Nala, Leon was not wrong after all. It’s been hard for him these years, I can totally understand.” Yaohui sighed all of a sudden.
“Dad, he had a bad temper. He shouldn’t have talked back at you. You don’t need to overthink about this.” I answered.
“I won’t get really angry with my own son. Leon has a view of the overall situation. He just tolerated and suffered from it for too long, so he felt wronged and felt too sad. “The old man must have something to say to you. What did he tell you?” Leon let me to sit beside him.
I didn’t want to sit with him, it was too crowded on the lounge chair for two people. I just stood beside him. But he didn’t let me standing, he pulled me to sit on his lap.
“Tell me, what did the old man tell you?” Leon asked again.
“You always said that you are clever, you can take a guess.”
“I am clever, but I cannot guess everything in this world. Just tell me.”
“Dad told me a story, he said that he gave aunt Xiang a house as a gift. Then Moyun liked it very much, so aunt Xiang lent the house to Moyun to live.”
Leon sat straight on the chair immediately, “And then?”
“Why you being so excited? Are you jealous that the old man didn’t buy you a house?” I laughed.
