“No, I’ll take a taxi back later.” I said quickly.
“You don’t drive a car and it’s not safe to take a taxi back. I’ll pick you up. Send me the location.” Leon Hua insisted.
“You don’t have to. It’s not far from home. I can manage on my own.”
“Nala Yao, what’s wrong with you? You should feel happy if I come to pick you up. Aren’t you dating with someone privately, are you?” Leon became irritable.
“How can it be? I’m dealing with some affairs and you know it. Well, I’ll go back by myself. Don’t worry. I gotta go.”
I was afraid of saying too much to reveal myself, so I just hung up the phone.
“My little school sister, is that your husband? Don’t you feel he is watching you so closely? Isn’t it too early for him to ask you to go back?” A classmate asked.

Those girls burst into cheers.
It was a real cheer, which showed their excitement clearly. Those women were too complicated.
I didn’t know what Leon was doing. He suddenly wanted to invite them to drink. Did he have so much time to socialize with these irrelevant people? Or was he helping me with my work? Or taking care of my emotions?
When they were heading to another place, two women were wanted Leon to give them a ride, but he said that he and I had something to talk about, which was inconvenient for anyone else to be there.
I knew he wouldn’t just let anyone else be in his car, but I liked his decision.
