I opened the door, got in and buckled up. “He used to be hard on me, but he has been kind to me lately.” I said.

I said Chinese food with no hesitation. And as a result, she chose a restaurant that served food on skewers.
I was not picky about food. It was a little bit surprising for me as she chose that restaurant for me, and I didn’t expect that she would take me to such a small shop for dinner.

I was shocked a bit after hearing that. It was reasonable for a person at her age to be married, but it was the key point that she was gonna marry.
