I smiled and refused him,” Please don’t bother, Mr. Su. Our company has clear plans and regulations of work allowance of business trip. I give you my gratitude for your kind intentions, but I can’t live in the house that you arranged for me, and I will stay in a hotel. Thank you.”
Wenbei smiled and said,” I had thought that Miss Yao would refuse my arrangement, so the house I ordered is not my private one, just a home stay in a hotel style, with low accommodation costs, and can write you a normal invoice. Besides, the home stay is quieter and safer than other hotels. Why don’t you go there and have a look, then make your decision?”
I was still intended to refuse him, but looking at his genuine eyes and kind smile, I hesitated a little.
It would be impolite to keep refusing him like this.
Now that we could make invoice reimbursement, then I could live in the home stay as it was a hotel introduced by Wenbei , so I nodded and agreed.
Seeing me agree with him, he was very happy about that, and said we would drive his car to see the house.
Wenbei didn’t drive luxury car which was widely known, just a normal Benz business car.
After making greetings with Xuanlong Jiang, he understood my decision as well and said he would accompany me to take a look. And if the home stay can live, then we will make the decision. But he also indicated that I should take care, and that he would report this thing to Leon.
The hotel he introduced was actually a quadrangle dwellings, with red brick and green tile, which was full of ancient customs, apparently was a building of remote time.
What’s more, the location of this house was the center of the Yang City, where the land had high costs and all the tall buildings were built around, but the house was still kept, which showed that the owner of the building was not normal.
Two words ‘Nan House’ were written on a black board on the gate of the outside of the house.
After getting off of the car, Wenbei Su led me into the house, which also didn’t been built very luxuriously, but still was very exquisite and every detail of it showed the sensitivity of the owner.
“The house is a little bit old, but the traffic nearby is very convenient. I wonder if Miss Su can be adapt to it?” Wenbei asked me.
In fact, I really liked this house from the bottom of my heart, and I didn’t know why, I started to like it as soon as I saw it and felt nothing strange when I came here.
“Miss Yao, What’s the matter with… you? Have I said anything wrong?” Wenbei got a little nervous and asked me suddenly.

After walking in the house for a round, I felt I like this house more.
There were many rooms in the house and two studies. It was so big that even could be used as an office. Because its location was in downtown, the bank and other facilities were all very complete and it was very convenient to live and work.
“Miss Yao, how do you think about this house? You can have a short rent with eight thousand yuan every month and you can write an invoice.” Wenbei said.

I became more curious after hearing what he said and continued to ask that,” If it is true, that what is her requirements? Why Mr. Su would think the owner is willing to rent her house to me?”
Wenbei was quiet for a while and started to hesitate, saying at last, “The requirement is just the tenant is qualified and good in my eyes.”
I was a little embarrassed and didn’t know what to say, but he immediately helped me out of trouble by saying,” I also has my owner requirement, the tenant must has a good and professional job with high quality and is someone that I am familiar with. Therefore, when many friends of mine go on a business trip to Yang City, I introduce them to live in this hotel too.”
I had a look at Xuanlong and asked,” What’s your opinion?”
“It’s up to you. I think that is fine.” He said.
Now that he said like that, I felt relieved.
It was not that my decision was determined by him, but if he agreed with me, then he would convince Leon and my pressure would be less.
“Mr. Su, then I will rent the house for a month. The invoice should be written and I will take it to my company to be reimbursed. Although it does not cost very much, I still hope that we can do official business according to official principles so that everyone can relax a little.

I asked if my administrator would attend, he said they were all invited.
So this would be a work dinner and I must attend.
