Xuanlong Jiang was not an indecisive person, and nodded his head in agreement after a moment’s thought.
He led me to the door of the ward, then gestured for me to enter, and finally couldn’t resist admonishing me, “She’s badly hurt, you’d better not irritate her.”
I nodded, reassuring him.
Nan Lin was indeed badly injured and was being infused with gauze wrapped around her head.
When I went in, her other hand was holding her phone and she was startled to see me go in and hurried to put it down.
I put the flowers I bought outside the hospital at the head of the bed and gestured for her to calm down.
“How about your wound? Is it serious?” I asked her in as soft a tone as I could.
“Thanks for asking, it’s okay.” She replied somewhat weakly.
“I want to talk to you, is that okay?” I asked again.
Yet she didn’t speak or nod.
Of course she didn’t want to talk to me, but I had to talk to her because my phone was tuned to record.
Didn’t Leon Hua need proof? If Nan Lin herself admits to being fake and admits to her relationship with Bo Ma, that should count as ironclad evidence, right?
“Bo Ma told me all about it, Lili Huang is your original name, so how about I just call you Miss Huang?” I said as I looked at Nan Lin.
Nan Lin’s face changed for a moment and didn’t say anything.
Oh, come on, I have to get her to talk, otherwise the recording is unconvincing if I’m the only one talking.

“I am Nan Lin. The things you say are all imagined by you.” She said suddenly.
This woman was really formidable and make her words all-round and without any omission.
I’ve said that, but she still didn’t relent. It seemed that she’ll be unshakable in her determination.
There’s no point in spending time like this, so I’ll just have to find another chance to get her words out.
“Since you won’t admit it, then forget it. A monster will always betray itself at a time. Watch yourself.”

Walking out of the ward, Xuanlong stood in the doorway, “How was your conversation?”

But the thought that the car driven by Nan Lin might have been given by Leon Hua made me unbalanced, so I decided to take the car.
After all I am Leon’s legal wife, so why should Nan Lin have a car to drive but I can only take a taxi?
“Do you want to try?” Xuanlong looked at me.
I nodded, then shook my head again.

I’ve driven a few times before, but all of them were low-end cars that Hao Wu rented, I really never tried such nice cars.
Feeling too scared to drive, I went up and started the car, ready to take a spin around the villa area.
